Orange Drop Cookies

Hello again, during the weekend I made orange drop cookies and they were delicious! Almost half has already disappeared down our tummies. The cookies had a bit of a cake-like and spongy texture, which I love! If you like your cookies crunchy then you may not like this. 

They were relatively easy to make...took me roughly two hours to get them done. And I did take my time. Here's the link to the recipe Orange Drop Cookies. There are a few other recipes which comes with a recipe for orange frosting but I didn't do it because I thought it'd be hard to store them.

P.S Orange peel does not include the white part of the orange skin, just the rind. You can use an orange zester or a really sharp knife. But be careful though. ;)
