Molten Lava Cakes

We've always been a close-knitted group. For years whenever it's one of our birthdays we'd secretly get a cake as surprise. Then when cupcakes became the in-thing, we moved on to them. As we got older, after numerous experiments with the oven we were confident enough to bake the cupcakes ourselves. 


This year was gonna be the same, except that it'll be our 21st birthday. So, I thought we'd do something different. 

They were gorgeous. Although I would have liked the insides to be a bit more runny. Nevertheless, this one's a keeper. Recipe adapted from Molten Lava Cakes.
